Your girl is trying to stay healthy to lose weight and to be one of those people who when I say my age, people would go, “you’ve got to be kidding,” you know what I mean? So I am trying new things and my latest creation is a shrimp sauce served with whole wheat Macaroni.
Ingredients
- Dried Coriander
- Mint leaf
- White pepper
- Bell peppers( green, yellow and red)
- Shrimps
- Whole wheat pasta
- Salt
- Coconut oil
- Knorr cube
Procedure
- Chop your bell peppers
- Set aside your shrimps
- Place your pot on low heat
- Add a bit of coconut oil (two table spoons)
- Add your chopped bell peppers and stir. The aroma that comes from the coconut oil consumes the house
- Stir the pepper, juice of sorts oozes out of the pepper and it is amazing to smell
- Add a quarter teaspoon of white pepper
- Add salt and knorr cube to taste
- And finally add the shrimps and the mint leaf to give it a burst of taste and aroma, the shrimp adds a different taste altogether. It marries everything you have added earlier and gives out more, it is like a give and take relationship…hehehe
- Stir till you feel your pepper is good enough for you and serve with rice or any food of your choice…Yum! Thank me later:)
